• Providing false or misleading information.
• Colluding with other users.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
• The deposit amount must be accurate and correct.
• The balance will be credited to the account only after the deposit transaction is successful.
• There is no fixed commission or additional charge for deposits; however, charges from the mobile financial service provider may apply.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard processing time is 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (on the bonus amount). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per individual, household, or device.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
• 7cv77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

General Gaming Policy

• The outcome of all games is determined by a secure and fair Random Number Generator (RNG).

• If the internet connection is lost, an ongoing bet will generally be completed automatically; if there is any discrepancy, the support team can be notified.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Rules applicable to sports betting:

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled unless the match or event is cancelled.

• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
